Our company was founded in 1974 in Dreieichenhain in Hessen and has been based in Messel near Darmstadt since 1978. We moved to our current location in the “Grube Messel” industrial estate in 1984. GB-Chemie has been a member of the Hugo Häffner Group since 1992. In March 2021, we opened a branch office in Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the heart of the Ruhr region.
Today our distribution area comprises the region Europe, mainly Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
